As an educator, you have an important role in helping young people to understand the world around them and find their place in it. Unfortunately, even the best educators in the world don’t have the answers to every question a student may ask. In offering support and guidance to your LGBT students, you may find that you have questions of your own, or simply that you would benefit from the support of other educators who are working to help LGBT youth. These resources are here to help you answer some of those questions and find others who can share their experiences.
